Beautiful Boy

I wrote this some time ago, and more will follow, but in the meantime I have to get something down to meet my commitment of blogging once a day for this month.

I watched Beautiful Boy for the 2^nd time. I first heard about it in May 2019, while golfing with some college friends. “It’s not our most successful movie,” said a good friend who works for Amazon Studios, “but we will never regret making it. It’s really important.” When this particular person uses the word important, it carries a lot of weight for me. Maggie and I watched the movie soon after. I knew I would watch it again.

Everyone should watch it. Everyone.
