8-Year Old Pricing Strategy
My favorite thing about Halloween this year was Bo’s strategy to not have me take his candy. Or, he figured, if I did take his candy to make sure I paid the price. He laid all of the candy on the dining room table, organized it, and priced it. In determining pricing, he asked me which were my favorites. Snickers, I said. So he marked that up from $2.00, like Milky Way and some others, to $2.99. That’s for a tiny square mind you!
And his favorite he priced at $3.99 so that if I did take one he could go buy multiple packs for the price I paid for one.
I have to say… I’m pretty proud of him. That’s solid pricing strategy!
