A Town Plan
For my neighbors reading this who think that reading the new draft of the Norwich Town Plan is long and tedious, think again. Here’s a short video of what it’s like… no sweat!
And in all seriousness, if it was retitled and had a few Seth Goodwin photos in it it could be a best seller. I learned a ton by reading it. Our town history and what led to here and now is fascinating.
